How To Run 100 Miles

How to run 100 miles was the film we watched, directed by Brendan Leonard. They trained for six months to run the marathon.
The writer’s purpose was to help people achieve their goals, they help them by giving tips and lessons, it is vital when doing something like this run.  Brendan Leonard clearly made this film to encourage people to try something whether there is a possibility that you will fail or not, because it's best to at least try. I think that it is beneficial to young kids who give up easily.
That with the right mentality i can achieve most things, also i need to let the people around me help me to get better, an example of that is the first lessons they said “It helps to have a friend”. It makes me feel like I can do anything when I put effort into it, I also feel like it encourages me to try different things.
This has affected me in a positive way because i know nothing comes easy and you need to put a lot of effort into things. During the movie I felt like he was talking to me personally, it also made me feel like I was with them on their journey.
Jayson made the greatest impression on me because even though of his disabilities, he has dyslexia, that doesn’t stop him from achieving his goals.
I also admire his desire to finish the race even though he had some injuries and his attitude towards the race.
I have not but i hope i do because it’s good to see young kids acknowledge the little things in life. Like the comments they received when reaching certain points in the race.

Fantastic FLT

In FLT we get to learn about different life experiences such as cooking, sewing and flat rules. These

My favourite thing about flt is the escape room because we had to look for clues around the room and it was a race. Won (of course) but it was quit difficult but when we worked together it was a lot easier.

I found learning the escape room exciting because it was a competition between two teams, to find all the clues and escape.

Next time i would like to try a physical activity involving sport, because my parents don't like me looking at a computer screen most of the day, which means they want me to be active and i cant do that if i'm on a laptop.

One thing that worked well was we all worked together to open the box and with everyone suggesting ideas it was easy to crack the codes.
